How long will it take to get my photos?
We have it in our contracts that the turn around time is 60 days from the date of the event, but in most cases its within 30 days. Depends on the volume we are editing. No more than 60 days.
Do you send raw files?
We don't send out raw photos but we do send out raw video if requested.
How much is the deposit/
do you offer payment plans?
We require a 25% non refundable retainer due at booking. The rest of the payment is due two weeks before your wedding. So no reason to worry about payment plans.
What if we want the photos and videos re-edited?
Not a problem! we offer 1 free re-edit of your wedding video and 1 free gallery re-edit.
What are some of the add on i can add to my package?

We do things a bit different than some other companies. We don't promise an exact number. Instead of promising 500 images we promise to send you all the best images. We've left weddings with over 3000 images and have sent albums with over a 1000 images. If you decide to add a second photographer we can easily end the night with 4000-6000 images. you may receive an album with 2000+ images.

Can we talk/meet before I sign a contract?
Yes Absolutely! We insist on it. The last thing we want is you to receive your photos and not have a picture of someone important to you.
Yes Absolutely! we insist on it. We often like to meet for coffee before to make sure everyone is on the same page. If coffee isn't an option then zoom or a simple phone call is okay.
